Submission Guidelines
This looks like a long list, but it’s all quite important as WildBritArt will be displaying your work to the world, so we all need to know where we stand. Please read these guidelines carefully. If you submit work to us we will assume that you have read and agreed to them and to the terms and conditions for use of images.
Have a read through our terms and conditions first, and then click the link at the bottom of our page. Our submission form will appear in a popup window.
Image guidelines
All images must be of British wildlife.
Images may be scanned drawings, photographs or computer graphics.
Images must be in sets of four (or multiples of four), which are all in the same style. This is because clip-art is most useful when there is a selection of images in the same style.
All images must be on a clean white background.
All images must be at least 400 pixels in height or width, but not larger than 256Kb each. All images will be published on the site with a standard maximum dimension of 400 pixels.
Images will be displayed in gif or jpeg file format. You will only be able to upload files that are gifs or jpegs.
General guidelines for artists
All images will remain the property of the artist.
WildBritArt maintains the right to decide which images will appear on this website.
WildBritArt welcomes images from young artists. However, for security reasons, if the artist is under 16 their full surname will not appear on the site.
If the artist has a relevant website, we can include a link to it from our links page. However, WildBritArt maintains the right not to include websites we feel are inappropriate or irrelevant for any reason.
Responsibility for the originality of the images remains with the person who submits them. Please do not lay claim to images which are not your own.
By submitting images to WildBritArt you are agreeing that your images may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in this website.
WildBritart cannot be held responsible for the misuse of any images arising from their being posted in our galleries.
